Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is provided for use by members and prospective members of the [LoR] 21st Nova Corps Roblox community. Public pages (including this one, the Privacy Policy, and the public transmission feed) may be viewed by anyone. Authenticated features require signing in with a verified Discord account and a Roblox account that is a member of Roblox group 35826701 (verified once via a profile code).

2. Not affiliated with Roblox

The Service is a fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Roblox Corporation, Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, or any other rights holder of the Star Wars intellectual property. Star Wars and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, harassing, or misleading information through any application or event log.
• Attempt to gain access to areas of the Service for which your rank does not authorise you.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service or the underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape, replicate, or republish private (rank-gated) content.

4. Account and rank decisions

Your in-Service rank is determined by the unit’s officers via the Service’s promotion flow. Roblox group role changes do not automatically modify your internal rank. Decisions about promotions, demotions, awards, leave of absence, discharge, and inclusion on the blacklist are made by unit leadership at their discretion.

5. Discord linking and the unit bot

To use member features, you must link a verified Discord account, which must be a member of the unit’s Discord server. By linking, you authorise the unit’s Discord bot to manage your presence in that server on your behalf - including setting your server nickname, and adding or removing roles that reflect your rank, unit, and medals. When you are discharged or marked killed-in-action in the ORBAT, the bot may remove those managed roles. Your in-game identification and a Discord mention may appear in event announcements visible to other members of the server. You can unlink by leaving the server or contacting leadership, but doing so may remove your access to member features.

6. Termination

Unit leadership may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason consistent with the unit’s internal rules - including but not limited to violation of these Terms, violation of Roblox’s Terms of Use, or removal from the Roblox group.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Service is operated by volunteers in the unit’s leadership and may be unavailable, slow, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Substantive changes will be announced in unit channels. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
